John Glynn’s professional journey has lead him into different industries, occupations, various mentoring, and leadership roles while working in both the public and private sectors. His roles at Sports Authority, Bank of America, Securitas Security Services USA and WorkSource have allowed him to gain knowledge and experience of the public workforce system, human resources, business operations, finance, risk management, workplace safety, sales, and customer service.He currently is the Director of Business Relations and Workforce Readiness for WorkSource Seattle-King County. He oversees the WorkSource Seattle-King County Business Services Program by engaging with Business Leaders and Human Resource Professionals to understand local workforce needs. Assisting local businesses with resources and services to remain competitive to meet changing labor and economic demands. Also, he serves as a leader in supporting the strategic working alliance with our local workforce development partners from government, education and community-based organizations to connect people to career pathways, to further diversity in the workplace and improving social equity.
