ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMM.

We have been working on the Regional Business Summit Break-put sessions based on the in-put regarding panelists that can bring real world solutions to issues we all face.
Therefore, if any of you can think of some businesses that have shown creative solutions to any of the following please shoot those names our way.

• Customer Loyalty – taking customer service to whole new levels in order to attract and retain a loyal consumer base
• Employee Hiring and Retention in a Gig Economy – The companies everyone wants to work for and why. (Think small companies here too – we all know the big ones). Those companies that go above and beyond to keep their employees happy and not wanting to work for anyone else.
• Business Culture – These are the Pied Pipers in our region. Owners and CEO’s that have managed to clearly communicate their companies culture in a way that makes both customers and staff ready to follow them anywhere they lead.

We would like to get a list of names before we meet in January. At the meeting we can discuss and prioritize the lists and start reaching out. We hope to secure three panelists for each session so realistically we will need 5 – 8 names in each of the above categories. So don’t be shy to make your recommendations!
