911 Driving School of Issaquah is currently seeking the following Position for hire:
Part-Time to Full-Time: Teen/Adult Driving School Instructor:
- Entry Level after Training and Certification is $25 an Hour (No Medical, Dental or Vision Benefits)
- PT Saturdays & Sundays 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (One Hour Lunch) 8 Hours
- Additional Afternoon Hours Monday-Friday Available
- FT Saturday & Sundays 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (One Hour Lunch) 8 Hours
- 3 Weekdays 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. or 8 A.M. to 430 P.M. 1/2 Hour to 1 Hour Lunch (Winter Hours)
- 3 Weekdays 12 P.M. to 9 P.M. (One Hour Lunch) 8 Hours (Spring/Summer) Hours.
- PT Saturdays & Sundays 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (One Hour Lunch) 8 Hours
- Currently Certified after Location Training: $28 and Hour: No Medical, Dental or Vision Benefits.

Requirements
- Local to East King County. No Outside of King County Resumes will be considered.
- Current/Valid Washington State Instructor Certification/License.
- Have you been a licensed driver for 5 years within the United States?
- Have you had more than one moving violation within the preceding 12 months
- or more than two moving violations within the preceding 24 months?
- Have you had any traffic violations or suspensions within the preceding 12 months?
- Have you had a driver’s license suspension, cancellation, revocation, or denial within the preceding 3 years?
- Have you been convicted of any crime?
- Have you been convicted of a crime of violence?
- No Participation in Recreational Marijuana Use.
- Do you have a high school diploma or its equivalent?
- Do you speak fluent English, Read and Write Fluent English?
- Re-Emphasis on At Minimum Willing to Work 3 Saturdays & Sundays a Month Required.
Certification Process:
Step1: Complete 100 Hours of Training.
Step2: Take an Instructor Written Test with the Dept. of Licensing (100 Questions) 88% Required to Pass
Step3: Pass a Skills Test with the Dept. of Licensing (90% or higher required as an Instructor)
Step4: Submit an Instructor Application to the Driver Training School Program for validation of your passed Knowledge Test & Skills Test.
Step5: Get Connected with the Issaquah 911 Driving School to start using your Certification as a Driving School Instructor.
